Just as with Innis Ghlas we have tried to ensure that you will feel at home, comfortable and relaxed from the moment you open the front door. x Fonseca Cottage is less than two minutes walk from the centre of the town, and from the entrance to the famous Birks of Aberfeldy. x It has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower and washbasin and one twin bedroom. There is a well equiped dining kitchen complete with microwave and fridge freezer and round table seating for 4. There is a comfortable living room with sofas, television with DVD player and CD stereo. The house has a downstairs loo and access to a garden with patio area complete with outdoor furniture. x PLEASE NOTE: the loo and shower facilities in Fonseca Cottage are very simple and this is reflected in the very low cost of rental. x
An electricity and gas allowance of £10 and linen (not towels) are included in the price. We give particular attention to ensuring the self catering Aberfeldy house and cottage are spotlessly clean on your arrival Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 10am Lettings normally run from Saturday to Saturday although there is flexibility off season |
